The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is hosting a design contest, and 5 winners will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to attend the IAEA EPR2025 Conference from 1–4 December 2025.
What’s the Contest About?
Design a simple, creative, and original infographic based on one of the IAEA’s Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) topics. Your goal? Make complex scientific info easy to understand, even for people without a science background.
What You’ll Win:

Displayed at the IAEA HQ in Vienna

Featured in the IAEA Bulletin

Shared on IAEA and UN social media

Who Can Apply?
To enter, you must:

Be 18–35 years old

Be from an IAEA Member State
-
Apply as an individual (no group entries)

Pick a topic from the IAEA EPR publications
-
Create your design in English and save as JPEG, PNG, or PDF
-
Fill out the online application form
Submission Rules:

Make an original infographic (no copying)
-
The content must be clear, correct, and in English
-
Mention your target audience
-
Use any design tool (e.g., Canva, Figma, Inkscape)
-
You may use AI tools only for design suggestions (like layout or colors)
-
Do NOT use AI to write, generate data, or create the full design
-
If you use AI, you must explain how and where it was used
-
Failure to disclose AI use = disqualification

How Entries Will Be Judged:
